Rage, Joy, & The Nervous System:
How to Stay Powerful When Systems of Power Fail Us

WE ARE LIVING IN A MOMENT WHERE

  • Survivors are speaking devastating truth — and systems fail them anyway

  • Women are shining in their excellence, joy, + power on global stages
    (Hello, Olympics!)

  • Collective celebration + collective harm is unfolding in real time

And all of it is delivered to us through apps that keep us activated, frozen, + scrolling

While also feeling pressure to stay informed, outraged, + “doing something” at all times

This creates a specific kind of nervous system strain:

HOPE → RAGE → INSPIRATION → GRIEF → EXHAUSTION → DESPAIR

We are well beyond what is reasonable to hold

IN THIS FREE CLASS WE WILL:

  • Understand overwhelm on a nervous system level—when we are oriented we have more agency + clarity

  • Learn how collective injustice activates our individual nervous system — and why the emotional whiplash so many of us are feeling is a physiological cycle, not a personal failing.

  • Explore the difference between righteous and dysregulated rage — and how to express clarifying anger without burning out.

  • Discuss how constant exposure without movement keeps us in a state of overwhelm + why joy is necessary not naive in times of crisis.

  • Engage in somatic practices to digest anger, thaw freeze, and actually feel like we’ve got our heads above water.

Most online somatic coaching is about calming down.

BUT OUR ACTIVATION MAKES SENSE.

Every woman knows what it’s like to be enraged and then told to calm down…but that it what most of us are doing to ourselves on a daily basis

When threat + injustice is real, our body will feel it. It’s designed to.
The answer isn’t suppressing that instinct. It’s connecting to it + directing it.

This class meets our nervous system where it is — individually and collectively — and creates a pathway for that righteous energy to be witnessed, honored, + channeled.

This is how we stay open, powerful, and embodied — even when the systems around us fail.

Tiffany Marie Chandler

Over the past 20 years, I’ve been unraveling layers of both personal and inherited patterns—learning how to come back to my body, my voice, and my sense of self. That process led me into somatics, trauma healing, and ancestral work. What started as individual healing became something much bigger—something shared, collective, and deeply tied to what it means to be a woman.

I’m a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in bodywork, yoga, Indo-Tibetan ritual, and Buddhist psychology. My work combines nervous system science, trauma resolution, and embodied experience to support women in making real, lasting changes—not just in how they think, but in how they feel and live.

  • "My biggest overall takeaway was learning to slow down and actually listen to my body instead of relying only on my mind. I gained a much clearer understanding of my nervous system and how much I had been overriding my body’s signals, especially around stress and burnout. I now consciously check in with my body and breath, and I use the practices we learned together when I notice tension building."

  • "A great way to connect to other women, learn more about yourself and nourish the body and mind connection."

  • "The information Tiffany transmitted was profound and incredibly thorough, it really felt like an entire education. It exceeded my expectations of what I would learn about the nervous system and developing an embodied awareness."
