We are living in a moment where survivors are speaking truth with devastating clarity — and systems fail them anyway. Women are shining in their excellence, joy, and power on global stages like the Olympic Games — and backlash arrives almost instantly.
We’re experiencing moments of collective celebration and harm unfolding in real time — delivered through apps that keep us activated, frozen, and scrolling, while feeling pressure to stay informed, outraged, and “doing something” at all times.
This creates a specific kind of nervous system strain:
Hope → Rage → Inspiration → Grief → Exhaustion → Numbness
In short—we are not okay.
This free class will offer ways to: feel fury without burning out, embody awe and expression, and digest grief without getting lost in it.
